Preserve a piece of naval history with this framed photograph of USS Cape St. George (CG-71). Commissioned on January 12, 1993, Cape St. George entered the fleet as one of the Navy's most capable Aegis guided missile cruisers — named for the Battle of Cape St. George, where Arleigh Burke's DesRon 23 achieved a decisive victory over a Japanese force in the Solomon Islands on November 25, 1943. CG-71 went on to earn her own place in history, launching Tomahawk cruise missiles in Operation Iraqi Freedom and standing watch through more than twenty years of deployments. A timeless tribute to a storied warship and her crew.
