Delivery

When will I get my order?

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, there are two parts to your delivery time: production and shipping.

Production time: 2-5 business days to print and prepare your order.

Shipping time after production:

  • USA: 1-8 business days
  • International: 5-20 business days

Estimated totals from order date:

  • USA: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-25 business days

Please note: USPS has reduced delivery speeds and days of service in recent years, which can occasionally push domestic deliveries toward the longer end of that range. This is outside our control, but we appreciate your patience when it happens.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a global print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities across the US and worldwide. Your order is always fulfilled at the facility closest to you. If you order multiple items, they may occasionally ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages — don't worry if that happens, the rest of your order is on its way.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes assessed by your local customs office. These fees are not collected by us and are entirely outside our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to understand what fees, if any, may apply to your purchase.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out, please take a few quick steps that often solve the mystery:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address was correct
  • Check with your local post office — packages are sometimes held there
  • Ask a neighbor — carriers occasionally leave packages with nearby households
  • Check around your property — porches, side doors, and mailbox areas are common drop spots

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you won't be home for a delivery, consider using a work address or another location where someone can receive it.

If none of the above resolves it, please email us at orders@theshipsstore.com with your order number and we'll get it sorted out. Please note that lost package claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


Orders

How are your products made?

Every item in our store is printed on demand specifically for you. We work with a trusted global fulfillment partner with facilities across the US and worldwide. Depending on your location, your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can get it to you most efficiently. We use high-quality, digitally printed ink that is built to last.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we have a very short window to make changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at orders@theshipsstore.com with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please reach out to us at orders@theshipsstore.com.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We're sorry if something arrived wrong or damaged. Please email us at orders@theshipsstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item. We'll get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible.

My ship, squadron, or air wing isn't in your store. Can you add it?

Absolutely — that's exactly how we grow. Reach out to us at orders@theshipsstore.com and let us know what you're looking for. We're always adding new commands, one at a time.


Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Every item in our store includes a sizing chart in the product description. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time we don't offer exchanges, so we recommend double-checking the sizing chart before placing your order. If the item you received was mislabeled or incorrect, please contact us at orders@theshipsstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos, and we'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.


Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if something is wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us at orders@theshipsstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll take care of you.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If any of these apply, please email us at orders@theshipsstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll sort it out for you.
