How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

USS Donald Cook (DDG-75) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer commissioned in 1998, named for Medal of Honor recipient Sergeant Donald G. Cook, USMC — a Marine officer who survived years as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam, voluntarily gave up opportunities for early release to remain with the men under his care, and died in captivity in 1967. His name on the bow is a permanent tribute to the courage and selflessness of those who put their shipmates first. Homeported in Rota, Spain, Donald Cook has served as one of the Navy's forward-deployed destroyers in the European theater.
