Named for the 41st President of the United States and decorated World War II naval aviator, USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77) is the tenth and final Nimitz-class aircraft carrier. Commissioned in January 2009, she carries on a legacy of service that began when George Herbert Walker Bush flew torpedo bombers over the Pacific in 1944 — shot down in combat, rescued, and continuing a life of service that would lead to the presidency. CVN-77 honors that legacy with every deployment. This polo honors her crew and the proud legacy of her service.
