How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

Following the Taiwan Strait Crisis of early 1996 — when American naval power helped deter conflict and restore stability — USS Chancellorsville (CG-62) turned east for an Eastern Pacific deployment. Operating throughout 1996-97, Chancellorsville's crew maintained battle readiness across a vast stretch of the Pacific, conducting exercises with allied navies and supporting U.S. interests from the North Pacific to South American waters. The Aegis combat system that had projected deterrence across the Taiwan Strait stood ready to defend American skies wherever the mission led.
