USS Chung-Hoon (DDG-93) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer commissioned on September 18, 2004, and named in honor of Rear Admiral Gordon Pai'ea Chung-Hoon — a Pearl Harbor survivor, Medal of Honor nominee, and the first person of Asian ancestry to graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy. Homeported at Pearl Harbor, Chung-Hoon carries a legacy as distinctive as any ship in the fleet. Put her ship's crest wherever you go — a small but proud declaration of a name worth remembering.
