In 1970-71, USS Hancock (CVA-19) returned to the Western Pacific for another combat deployment to Yankee Station as U.S. forces continued their drawdown under Vietnamization. Hancock's air wing flew missions in support of South Vietnamese forces, her crew maintaining the relentless pace of carrier operations in a war that had defined the ship's service for nearly a decade. This t-shirt commemorates the 1970-71 WESTPAC/Vietnam cruise and honors the crew who served.
