USS Ranger (CV-61) w/ hull number Neck Gaiter

USS Ranger (CV-61) was a Forrestal-class supercarrier commissioned in August 1957. One of the first of America's true supercarriers, Ranger served the Pacific Fleet throughout the Cold War, conducting deployments to the Western Pacific and earning combat service during the Vietnam War. She was decommissioned in 1993 after 36 years of distinguished service. This neck gaiter honors the proud legacy of USS Ranger and all who called her home.
