USS Paul F. Foster (DD-964) was a Spruance-class destroyer commissioned on July 23, 1977, named in honor of Vice Admiral Paul F. Foster. The Spruance class was the first major U.S. Navy surface combatant designed from the keel up with gas turbine propulsion, and Paul F. Foster served as a capable anti-submarine warfare platform throughout the Cold War and into the post-Cold War era. Modified later to carry Tomahawk cruise missiles, she served with the Pacific Fleet through her decommissioning on June 9, 2003. This vinyl sticker features the official ship's crest and is a durable tribute to the officers and crew who served aboard USS Paul F. Foster during her twenty-six years of service.
