USS America (CV-66) 1990-91 Cruise Sweatshirt (Ver 1)

USS America deployed to the Red Sea in late 1990 as the United States and its coalition partners prepared to liberate Kuwait from Iraqi occupation. When Operation Desert Storm commenced on January 17, 1991, CV-66 was ready — her air wing launching combat sorties against Iraqi targets with the skill and professionalism that defines America's Navy. Forty-two days later, the mission was accomplished. The crew of USS America came home victorious.
