How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

In 2016, USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19) continued her unbroken vigil as the flagship of U.S. 7th Fleet, forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan — a post she has maintained continuously since 1979, making her the longest-serving forward-deployed ship in the U.S. Navy. Across the South China Sea, the Philippine Sea, and the Sea of Japan, her sailors and staff officers worked alongside allied navies to uphold freedom of navigation, maritime security, and the alliance commitments that have kept the Indo-Pacific stable for decades. The 2016 patrol was another chapter in a proud tradition of presence and purpose.
