Commissioned on June 29, 1985, USS Ford was a Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate, homeported at Naval Station Everett. She served the Navy for 28 years before decommissioning on October 31, 2013. Her crest carries the memory of every Sailor who served aboard her.
