How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

USS Ford (FFG-54) was an Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided missile frigate commissioned in 1983, named for Gerald R. Ford — naval officer, congressman, and 38th President of the United States — who served aboard USS Monterey (CVL-26) during World War II. The Perry class was the backbone of the Cold War escort fleet, designed to protect convoys and carrier battle groups from submarine and air threats across the Atlantic, Pacific, and Persian Gulf. Nimble, affordable, and widely deployed, these frigates kept the sea lanes open during the most demanding decades of the Cold War. USS Ford decommissioned in 1992, her watches stood, her duty done.
