Commissioned on February 21, 1987, USS Mobile Bay was a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser, homeported at Naval Base San Diego. She served the Navy for 36 years before decommissioning on August 10, 2023. Her crest carries the memory of every Sailor who served aboard her.
