The USS Nassau (LHA-4) was a Tarawa-class amphibious assault ship of the United States Navy, commissioned on July 28, 1979, and decommissioned in November 2011. Named for the 1776 Nassau, Bahamas raid — the Continental Navy's first amphibious landing — she served 32 years with the Atlantic Fleet including operations during Desert Storm and in the Adriatic.
This spiral notebook features the ship's official crest on a deep navy cover with a detailed ship biography on the reverse — a lasting tribute for veterans, families, and collectors who served aboard her.
