Commissioned on December 9, 1989, USS Normandy was a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser, homeported at Naval Station Norfolk. She served the Navy for 36 years before decommissioning on September 25, 2025. Her crest carries the memory of every Sailor who served aboard her.
