USS Normandy (CG-60) was a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser commissioned on December 9, 1989, at Tampa, Florida. Named for the D-Day landings on the beaches of Normandy, France, on June 6, 1944, she compiled a remarkable operational record across nearly three decades of service — from Operation Desert Storm to the Global War on Terror. She was decommissioned on May 7, 2021.
