USS Ouellet (FF-1077) was a Knox-class anti-submarine warfare frigate commissioned on December 12, 1970, and named in honor of Ensign Joseph C. Ouellet, USNR, a Medal of Honor recipient who gave his life protecting his crew aboard a river patrol boat in the Mekong Delta on February 6, 1969. The Knox class was the workhorse of the surface Navy's anti-submarine campaign throughout the Cold War, and Ouellet patrolled the world's oceans in that demanding role for more than twenty years before her decommissioning on April 30, 1993. This vinyl sticker features the official ship's crest and is a durable, weatherproof tribute to the crew who served their Navy with distinction aboard USS Ouellet.
