Shipping & Returns
Made to order. Every piece is printed when you order it, so allow 2–5 business days for production, then 1–8 business days for USA delivery (5–10 total). International orders take 10–25 business days.
Shipping is pass-through. You pay exactly what the carrier charges us, calculated at checkout — we never mark it up.
Something wrong? If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email orders@theshipsstore.com within 30 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it. Because each item is custom-printed, we can't take returns or exchanges for size or color — please check the size chart above before ordering.
USS Saipan (LHA-2) — a Tarawa-class amphibious assault ship whose service earned a lasting place in Navy history. Her crest is the mark of every sailor who served aboard her.
This plush teddy bear wears that crest on its tee — soft, huggable, and made to order in the USA.
