Commissioned on April 12, 1986, USS Samuel B. Roberts was a Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate, homeported at Naval Station Mayport. She served the Navy for 29 years before decommissioning on May 22, 2015. Her crest carries the memory of every Sailor who served aboard her.
