Commissioned on January 23, 1988, USS San Jacinto was a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser, homeported at Naval Station Norfolk. She served the Navy for 35 years before decommissioning on September 15, 2023. Her crest carries the memory of every Sailor who served aboard her.
