The USS San Jacinto (CG-56) is a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser commissioned on January 23, 1988. Named for the Battle of San Jacinto on April 21, 1836, where Sam Houston's Texian Army defeated the Mexican army of General Santa Anna and won Texas independence in one of history's shortest decisive battles. CG-56 fired some of the first Tomahawk cruise missiles of Operation Desert Storm in January 1991, and has continued to serve as a premier Aegis combatant across decades of deployments. This vinyl sticker features the official ship's crest of USS San Jacinto — a durable, weatherproof tribute to one of the Navy's most decorated guided missile cruisers.
