Operation Enduring Freedom 911 Sweatshirt

On October 7, 2001 — twenty-six days after the September 11 attacks — Operation Enduring Freedom began. Navy carrier strike groups launched the opening salvos against Taliban command centers and al-Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan. For nearly two decades, American Sailors deployed to the Arabian Sea and beyond, flying strike missions, enforcing the maritime security umbrella, and sustaining the longest continuous military operation in American history. This sweatshirt honors every Sailor who answered the call after 9/11 and served with honor in Operation Enduring Freedom.
