The USS Belleau Wood (LHA-3) was a Tarawa-class amphibious assault ship of the United States Navy, commissioned on May 23, 1978, and decommissioned in October 2005. Named for the 1918 Battle of Belleau Wood, where the Marine Corps earned legendary distinction, she served the Pacific Fleet and supported operations from the Persian Gulf to the western Pacific throughout her 27-year career.

This spiral notebook features the ship's official crest on a deep navy cover with a detailed ship biography on the reverse — a lasting tribute for veterans, families, and collectors who served aboard her.
