USS Bulkeley (DDG-84) Spiral Notebook

USS Bulkeley (DDG-84) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer commissioned in 2001 and named for Vice Admiral John D. Bulkeley, Medal of Honor recipient and World War II PT boat hero who evacuated General Douglas MacArthur from the Philippines in 1942. Homeported in Norfolk, Bulkeley has deployed to the Mediterranean and Persian Gulf supporting NATO missions and the Global War on Terror.
