USS Gonzalez (DDG-66) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer homeported in Norfolk, Virginia, named for Sergeant Alfredo Cantú Gonzalez, USMC — a Medal of Honor recipient who gave his life leading his platoon through intense urban combat during the Battle of Hue in the 1968 Tet Offensive.
