How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

USS Antrim (FFG-20) carried a name to live up to. Commander Richard Nott Antrim earned the Medal of Honor in the darkest of circumstances — as a prisoner of war in the Dutch East Indies, he stepped forward to take punishment meant for fellow prisoners too weak to endure it. His courage under captivity saved lives and inspired his shipmates. The ship that bore his name upheld that legacy through twelve years of Cold War service. Commissioned September 26, 1981, the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate stood the front lines as a convoy escort and submarine hunter, defending the sea lanes that Commander Antrim had risked everything to preserve. Decommissioned in 1993, Antrim remains a source of pride for every sailor who served aboard her.
