How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

The 2003 MED/IO deployment will be remembered as one of the defining chapters in USS Cape St. George's (CG-71) history. When coalition forces launched Operation Iraqi Freedom in March 2003, Cape St. George's crew was in position — launching Tomahawk cruise missiles from the Eastern Mediterranean and Indian Ocean into carefully selected targets across Iraq. Their precision strikes helped shape the opening phase of a war that would define a generation. This shirt honors the sailors of the 2003 MED/IO deployment who wrote that chapter of Cape St. George's legacy.
