USS Constellation was the second Kitty Hawk-class supercarrier, commissioned in 1961 and known as America's Flagship. Homeported on the West Coast, she served the nation through the Cold War and beyond until her decommissioning in 2003.
This heavyweight letterman jacket commemorates Constellation's 1997 Western Pacific, Indian Ocean, and Persian Gulf deployment supporting Operation Southern Watch, with port calls in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UAE, and Australia.
Will my graphic last? Built to stay put. Your design is applied with heat-transfer film technology — the same category of application the pros trust for names and numbers on professional and college sports jerseys. Bonded under heat and pressure, it holds up to real wear, real weather, and repeated washing without cracking or peeling when cared for properly. Turn the jacket inside out, wash cold, and hang or tumble dry low, and your graphic keeps looking sharp for the long haul.
