USS Constellation was the second Kitty Hawk-class supercarrier, commissioned in 1961 and known as America's Flagship. Homeported on the West Coast, she spent much of the 1960s and early 1970s making Western Pacific combat deployments during the Vietnam War. She was redesignated CV-64 in 1975 and served until her decommissioning in 2003.
This heavyweight letterman jacket commemorates Constellation's 1967 Western Pacific combat deployment flying from Yankee Station off Vietnam, with port calls in the Philippines, Japan, Hawaii, and Hong Kong.
