How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

USS Dale (CG-19) was a Leahy-class guided missile cruiser commissioned in 1963 and named for Commodore Richard Dale — the officer who stood beside John Paul Jones as first lieutenant aboard Bonhomme Richard during its legendary fight with HMS Serapis. She served through more than thirty years of Cold War deployments, providing fleet escort and area air defense across multiple theaters before her decommissioning in 1994. Named for one of the founding generation of American sea officers, Dale carried that heritage through a long and reliable career of fleet service.
