Cruise jacket sizing runs true to standard letterman fits. Check the size chart photo in each jacket listing for exact measurements.
How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

The world exhaled after Cuba, but the Cold War never rested. In 1963, USS Essex returned to the Mediterranean for another deployment in service of the Sixth Fleet's mission: deterrence, presence, and readiness. As an anti-submarine warfare carrier, CVS-9 ranged across the Med hunting Soviet submarines — the hidden threat beneath the surface that NATO had to constantly monitor and counter. The crew of Essex in 1963 were veterans of the world's most dangerous standoff, sailing with the hard-earned knowledge that what they did every day was the difference between war and peace.
