How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

USS Fletcher (DD-992) was a Spruance-class destroyer that served from 1980 to 2004, named for Rear Admiral Frank Jack Fletcher, whose steady leadership at the Battle of Coral Sea in May 1942 helped turn back Japan's southward advance — and whose forces were at Midway when the course of the Pacific War changed forever. Built for anti-submarine warfare in the Cold War, DD-992 carried that honored name through years of Atlantic and Pacific operations, from the final decades of the Cold War through the post-Soviet transition. She bore a name that stands among the most important in American naval history.
