How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.

USS James E. Williams (DDG-95) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer commissioned in 2004, named in honor of Boatswain's Mate First Class James E. Williams — the most decorated enlisted Sailor in United States Navy history, who earned the Medal of Honor during the Vietnam War. Homeported in Mayport, Florida, she serves as a premier surface combatant equipped with the Aegis Combat System, capable of conducting anti-air, anti-surface, and anti-submarine warfare worldwide.
