USS Kidd (DDG-993) Ship's Crest Sweatshirt

USS Kidd (DDG-993) was a Kidd-class guided missile destroyer that served in the Navy from 1981 to 1998, named for the same hero honored by her successor — Admiral Isaac C. Kidd, who was killed at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. DDG-993 and her Kidd-class sisters were originally built for Iran but taken over by the U.S. Navy following the Iranian Revolution, and became known for their exceptional combat capability.
