Made to order. Every piece is printed when you order it, so allow 2–5 business days for production, then 1–8 business days for USA delivery (5–10 total). International orders take 10–25 business days.
Shipping is pass-through. You pay exactly what the carrier charges us, calculated at checkout — we never mark it up.
Something wrong? If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email orders@theshipsstore.com within 30 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it. Because each item is custom-printed, we can't take returns or exchanges for size or color — please check the size chart above before ordering.

Cruise jacket sizing runs true to standard letterman fits. Check the size chart photo in each jacket listing for exact measurements.
How to measure: lay a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (chest width) and from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem (length), then compare to the chart.
