USS Ranger (CVA-61) 1960 Cruise Sweatshirt

In 1960 USS Ranger (CVA-61) returned to the Western Pacific for her second deployment, operating as part of Carrier Division Five with the Seventh Fleet. Ranger conducted flight operations throughout the WestPac region including the South China Sea and made port visits to Yokosuka, Japan and Subic Bay, Philippines as Cold War tensions remained elevated across the Pacific.
