USS Ranger (CVA-61) returned to Southeast Asia for her second Vietnam combat cruise in 1965-66. Operating from Yankee Station in the Gulf of Tonkin, Ranger's air wing flew sustained strike missions against targets in North and South Vietnam as Operation Rolling Thunder intensified. Ranger was among the Navy's primary attack carriers shouldering the burden of the air war during this critical escalation phase of the conflict.
Honor the 1965-66 combat cruise with this classic crew-neck sweatshirt featuring cruise artwork from the deployment. Pre-shrunk fleece construction, ribbed cuffs and waistband, and a comfortable relaxed fit.
