USS Stethem (DDG-63) Ship's Crest Sweatshirt

USS Stethem (DDG-63) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer commissioned on 21 January 1995. She is named in honor of Petty Officer Second Class Robert Dean Stethem, a Navy diver who was murdered by Hezbollah terrorists during the hijacking of TWA Flight 847 in June 1985. Stethem's courage and sacrifice in the face of his captors have never been forgotten. Homeported in Yokosuka, Japan, the ship serves as part of the forward-deployed naval forces of the 7th Fleet. This sweatshirt features the official ship's crest, honoring both the man and all who have served in his name.
