VFA-41 Black Aces 2016 Cruise Sweatshirt

VFA-41 "Black Aces" fly the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet from NAS Lemoore, California, assigned to Carrier Air Wing 9 (CVW-9) aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74). The Black Aces conducted their 2016 cruise with CVW-9, deploying in support of Fifth and Seventh Fleet operations. Originally an F-14 Tomcat squadron and one of the most recognizable in naval aviation, VFA-41 transitioned to the Super Hornet and continues a distinguished tradition of Pacific Fleet strike fighter excellence.
