Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 (NMCB-7) — the Seabees — deployed in 1996 during the 1990s.

The Seabees are the U.S. Navy's combat-trained construction engineers, building airfields, roads, bridges, and bases in every theater of operation. "We Build, We Fight" defines their mission.
