USS Ingraham (FFG-61) is an Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate commissioned on June 27, 1992. Named for Duncan Nathaniel Ingraham, a 19th-century naval officer who became a hero when he risked war with Austria to rescue a Hungarian refugee in 1853. Homeported at Naval Station Everett, Washington, USS Ingraham served the Pacific Fleet through multiple deployments to the Western Pacific and Persian Gulf before her decommissioning in 2013.
