Commissioned on July 9, 1994, USS Port Royal was a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser, homeported at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. She served the Navy for 28 years before decommissioning on September 29, 2022. Her crest carries the memory of every Sailor who served aboard her.
