USS Wisconsin (BB-64) is an Iowa-class fast battleship commissioned in 1944, named for the Badger State. She provided gunfire support to the fast carrier task forces across the Pacific in World War II, returned to action off Korea, and was recommissioned in 1988 with Tomahawk and Harpoon missiles — firing Tomahawks in combat during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. Decommissioned that same year, she is preserved as a museum ship at Nauticus in Norfolk, Virginia.
