VAW-112 Golden Hawks

The Golden Hawks of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron 112 fly the E-2C/D Hawkeye from NAS Point Mugu and Pacific Fleet carrier decks, providing over-the-horizon radar coverage and battle management for every carrier strike group they support. The Hawkeye crew—with their distinctive rotating rotodome—sees the battlespace before anyone else does and calls the shots that keep the fleet safe. The Golden Hawks have been the eyes of the Pacific Fleet for more than half a century.
